to explain the moments 
of honesty
signs of separation
my truth lingering on 
rose petals and emptiness 
faithfully grasping my heart
twisting my love 
to a distant memory
I don't belong wanting to fit
never fully being apart of me
of the truth I was never meant to be
or even suppose to feel the completion
my destiny was pushed to decisions 
choices of romance and lust
common crushes and real love 
even when I wanted nothing more but to stay 
I knew that this truly wasn't meant or wanted
and it hurts that I'm not good enough to be the one
or no matter my character 
you can't be involved
but I'm just enough to let your rockets soar
even when I'm a fallen star
