Sunset creeps into the night
we talk about the signs
reliving in disbelief
of history we survived
you stare into my eyes
and I see past potential
and welcome who you truly are
the embrace of innocence turns into the focus of content
laughter of confidence
yet nervous to see what this is
the difference of prolonged chemistry
and volcanic wander
trapping in the desire to imagine
if this was a dream
knowing I genuinely haven't had this before
binding this attribute
and control the sign
I wonder if this has anymore complicating effects
yet I wouldn't want to miss anymore of this
connect
