physical health is also important. I do have asthma, and when you get out of breathe due to simply getting up and walking to the kitchen, then that’s a problem. When I lived in California, I lost my car and I had to walk everywhere. I was forced to walk. After awhile I began to enjoy the scenery. I literally enjoyed just sightseeing and walking in the park. I always said I hated the gym due to it making me feel intimidated. I wasn’t a size 0 with a 6 pack body. With me constantly working out I began to notice my asthma issue cease. I felt ultimately more aware of my body. And I felt one with my full alignment. Its one thing to be spiritually healthy, but what about the rest. What about your body? Are you eating the right things? Are you getting exercise? These are the questions you have to ask yourself.

Don’t overdue it either. Go at your own pace. Your health is important. There is no pressure in trying to better yourself. Trying to be the best you can be. You can even do workouts at home. I try to do both. Yoga, Zumba, Gym, karate, kickboxing try whatever suits you. Build that connect with your beauty. Prefect your craft and enjoy yourself. A lot of frustration and tension can be released due to working out. When you are so angry and you want to relief that pressure. Go out and work out. It doesn’t harm anyone.
